Residential & Commercial Planned Maintenance Agreements

 

Residential Maintenance Agreements:

Two Maintenance calls each year.  One Heating and One Cooling. 

Purpose:  To Inspect and keep your existing Heating and Air Conditioning equipment running in tip top form.

Our technicians will examine equipment and perform standardized tests to determine the efficiency and advise you if any repairs are needed.

Our Inspections include the following:

Proper Voltage
Contacts & Relays
Condensate Pump
Blower Assembly
Indoor Coil
Burners   

 

Proper Refrigerant Levels
Visible leaks
Electrical Connections
Pulleys & Belts
Replace Filters

Vibration Noise
Condensate Drain
Clean Condenser Coil
Inspect Thermostat

Commercial Maintenance Agreements:

Quarterly Maintenance.  Service to be provided four times per year for Commercial Heating & Cooling along with Refrigeration.

Purpose:

Inspect and maintain equipment efficiency.  Prevent a break down or equipment failure.
